Institutions in the administration and in academia Equal Opportunities Service Centre The Service Centre of the University Administration advises, informs and sensitises people in the field of equal opportunities. It reports to the President's Board. Special Needs Advice Centre The Special Needs Advice Centre develops and realises measures of University members with disabilities and/or chronic illnesses. Gender and Diversity Department The Gender and Diversity Department examines cultural processes of differentiation, with a specific focus on the category of gender. Research Institute for Organizational Psychology (OPSY-HSG) The OPSY conducts research and teaches in the field of gender and diversity in organisations. Center for Disability and Integration (CDI-HSG) The CDI conducts innovative research in the field of Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) and provides enterprises with specific support, advice and coaching. Competence Center for Diversity and Inclusion (CCDI-HSG) The CCDI conducts innovative research in the field of Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) and provides enterprises with specific support, advice and coaching. Initatives Taskforce Migration With this project, the HSG intends to make a contribution to the support of the City and the Canton with regard to migration issues. Gender Portal The Gender Portal is an overview platform for gender and diversity issues in teaching and research at the HSG. HSG programme "Women back to business" (WBB-HSG) This programme provides women who would like to return to work or change careers with advanced management training. HSG Alumni Women's Chapter Network for alumnae at the HSG Unigay Unigay conceives of itself as the voice of lesbians, gay, bisexual and transsexual (LGBT) people at the University of St.Gallen and as a contact point and debating platform for students' LGBT-related concerns. Universa Organisation for women students International Bodensee Universities network - Gender and Diversity Working Group The HSG is part of the International Bodensee Universities network, which has founded a Gender and Diversity working group. The G&D working group aims to enhance the discourse surrounding equal opportunities and diversity issues. Female Board Pool The Female Board Pool is a network of women trained as directors.
