All necessary information regarding your application and your admission for your guest stay at HSG is available in the following sections.
As a Master student at one of the CEMS universities, you must first be registered as a CEMS student at your home university in order to apply for a CEMS guest stay at HSG. Your nomination must be submitted by your home university through an electronic nomination process.
Nomination deadline for home university

After you have been nominated by your home university, you will receive a password and the information regarding your definite enrolment.
Application deadline for guest students

|Spring semester||30 September|
The online application takes place in Mobility-Online. Once you login to your account, you will have a list of different tasks to complete. Of the various tasks, uploading personal documents of you is required. These documents are:
*Please upload a passport style photo. The photo is for identification purposes so please do not upload social media photos.
Once you have completed the tasks, they will automatically be checked off. After you have completed the tasks and the Student Mobility Office has checked your application, your Acceptance Letter will be transmitted.
