Between 1987 and 2013, Carl Baudenbacher has been the Chair of Private,

Commercial and Economic Law. In 1995, Baudenbacher was appointed a Judge

of the Court of Justice of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA).

Since 2003, he has been the President of this Court. Carl Baudenbacher

is also the Founder and Director of the Executive M.B.L.-HSG. From 1993

to 2005, Baudenbacher taught European and International law as a

Permanent Visiting Professor at the University of Texas School of Law.

From 1994 to 1995 he served as a Member of the Supreme Court of the

Principality of Liechtenstein. Carl Baudenbacher is an experienced

arbitrator and legal expert.
