SQUARED Festival

On this musical Saturday, four different bands will make the SQUARE sing and dance. Zimmer90, one of the up-and-coming newcomer bands in the indie cosmos, from Stuttgart is the SQUARED headliner. Their special blend of synths, bass and catchy drums makes for distinctive electro-indiepop: atmospheric, gentle and honest.

The Winterthur indie pop duo Two & The Sun will transform the SQUARE into a living room. A Two & The Sun concert means arriving, taking a deep breath, dancing, letting go. Stories are told, people laugh, talk about fears and joys and celebrate love. 

With their latest releases, the Basel band Moonpools is moving more and more in the direction of soft rock and dream pop. Their music has a clear thread: concise arrangements, anthemic synth lines and sweeping guitars. The sound of Moonpools immerses the listener in a world where you often have to wipe away a little tear with a smile on your lips.

SQUARED will be opened by What Rules, who won a band contest held in advance. What Rules is already well known in their home town of Baden, and now they will make a big splash at the Rosenberg in St.Gallen!
