In late April, HSG welcomes the 57th national competition of the "Schweizer Jugend forscht" foundation. More than 100 students from secondary and vocational schools will have the opportunity to present their scientific work or their own project to a jury of experts and the general public.
How can solar power be stored? How do apples grow without bees? How can the supply of pharmaceuticals be guaranteed? These and other exciting questions were addressed by the young researchers, who presented topics from the fields of natural science, technology, humanities, social science and art.
The event will be attended by around 40 alumni from “Schweizer Jugend forscht", 20 ambassadors and more than 100 experts and numerous guests, including school classes from the region. On April 20, the finalists will arrive, and on April 21, the experts will evaluate their work. On April 22, the competition will end with an award ceremony.
The public is also cordially invited to the exhibitions of the projects:
Friday, April 21, 2 to 5:30 p.m.
Saturday, April 22, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
