The Thesis Committee shall consist of at least the Supervisor and the Co-Supervisor.
Who may serve as Supervisors or Co-Supervisors for a thesis can be seen under Art. 11 and 12 of the Award Regulations for the Degree of Doctor of Philospphy (Ph.D.) of the University of St.Gallen as of 7 November 2016. As an applicant for the Ph.D. Programm in Economics and Finance (PEF) you will need confirmation of support for your Ph.D. from the Programme Committee. It is therefore not necessary to obtain a letter of recommendation from the supervisor.
The form needs to be submitted directly to the PhD Office in due time.
