Research project (“Habilitation”)
Playing a moral role – individual morality in organizational contexts (working title)
This project explores the conditions of individual agency in complex organisations with divided labour. It aims a philosophical analysis of the social ontology of such contexts (typically large enterprises and public administration) and of the moral challenges individuals encounter in them.
