Successful Partnerships To-date the University of St. Gallen has been able to set up many successful partnerships with numerous foundations. The Office of Development is pleased to present some of HSG’s partners below as examples. On this page we will present you with some sample support projects and the experiences we have made with our partners. Dr. Werner Jackstädt Foundation Due to the "Dr. Werner Jackstädt-Foundation", students, researchers as well as the University of St.Gallen staff can be supported during all phases of business formation. This process includes the initial business idea, the creation of a business plan and also the effective realization of the project. Haniel Foundation The German Haniel Foundation and the University of St. Gallen have been collaborating for a number of years by offering special programs to educate future leaders. The Jacobs Foundation With its commitment, the Jacobs Foundation contributes to strengthening the personalities of youths who find it difficult to find apprenticeships. With the help of tailored strategies, the youth are coached to engage themselves and persevere in addressing challenges as well as conflicts and failures. Leny and Robert Hauser-Legacy Established by a generous bequest from Prof. Dr. Robert Karl Hauser and Leny Hauser, the "Leny and Robert Hauser-Fund" serves the purpose to support future doctoral law students at the University of St.Gallen. Foundation MyHandicap People with a disability deserve special attention in our society. The Foundation MyHandicap and the University of St. Gallen are exploring new ways and methods to improve their quality of life on a long-term basis. Werner Siemens Foundation Through its generous support the Werner Siemens Foundation has enabled us to establish an ideal framework for research and teaching in the form of the "Law and Economics"-House.
