Leadership Skills While completing your work in the Leadership Skills pillar at the Master’s Level, you expand and deepen your scientifically-oriented core studies within the respective Master’s degree programme. In the Leadership Skills courses you will be able to reflect on and refine your existing or new social and professional skills. A high degree of self-motivation coupled with solid writing skills are prerequisites for success at this level. Practice credits Students who do work independently in a practical field, outside of the course programme and who wish to have this work recognised can be awarded practice credits. These credits are primarily counted towards Leadership Skills, but can also be awarded for independent elective courses. Gender and Diversity You are also free to take part in the Gender and Diversity programme. These courses satisfy elements of all three pillars. Here you can acquire the necessary theoretical and practical skills required of executives and specialists for dealing with gender and diversity.
