Junior faculty

The junior faculty represents the interests of our lecturers, junior lecturers, associate lecturers, as well as assistant staff and researchers.

As part of the university’s autonomous administration system, our junior faculty represents the interests of its members. These are the permanent lecturers, junior lecturers and associate lecturers. The junior faculty also includes assistants not enrolled at the university as well as members of the research staff.

Best-possible representation
Assistant and research staff enrolled at the University of St.Gallen as doctoral students are officially represented by the Student Union. However, if they have any questions they are free to contact the elected members of the junior faculty at any time. In conjunction with the Student Union, the junior faculty endeavours to offer the best representation possible.
