Rematriculation process

If you have already studied at HSG in the past and have exmatriculated since then, you must re-enrol using the rematriculation form.

Please print out the rematriculation form, sign it and send it in on time to the address listed on the form. Please ensure that the rematriculation form is fully completed and is received by the appropriate deadline. The University will then proceed with the next steps in the process.
Please do not enrol online. Your data is already in our system.

Deadlines:
30 April for rematriculation to the Autumn Semester
30 November for rematriculation to the Spring Semester

Master programmes SIM, MBF and MOK
Please use the appropriate Rematriculation form. Please observe the information to the documents required for submission and make sure that the form is received by the respective deadline.

Master programmes MIA, MEcon and MiQE/F
Proficiency in English is required for admission to these programs. For rematriculation, the certificate of proficiency in English may be submitted at a later date (31 August for rematriculation for the Fall Semester, 31 January for rematriculation to the Spring semester). 
For rematriculation to the MiQE/F a GRE score is required. For rematriculation, you may send your GRE at a later date (31 August for rematriculation for the Autumn Semester, 31 January for rematriculation to the Spring semester).
