Online enrolment process
Inital enrolment at the University of St.Gallen is only possible online.
To begin with, you will have to fill in an online enrolment form, save your information, and print the enrolment confirmation at the end of online enrolment.
Submitting your documents
Sign the enrolment confirmation and submit the complete collection of your documents and the payment receipt for the enrolment and admin fee before the deadline- You can submit your documents either by regular mail or electronically. Go to the electronical submission.
We will only process enrolment forms that have been fully filled out and signed, that are accompanied by the required documentation, and that are received within the specified deadlines.
To find out the current status of your enrolment, log into your application portal. Here you can manage your enrolment, find information on the completetion status of your documents and check whether our response has already been sent.
After we have looked at all of your documents, you will receive a written confirmation of your admission by mail.
Autumn Semester: 1 February to 30 April
Spring Semester: 1 September to 30 November
Enrolments for the Assessment Year (first semester), for the Master's programme Strategy and International Management (SIM), for the Master's programme Banking and Finance (MBF) and for the Master's programme Organization Studies and Cultural Theory (MOK) are only possible for the autumn semester!
