Enrolment for studies

The first-time enrolment for all majors at the University of St.Gallen is carried out online. If you have already been enrolled at the HSG in the past, please use the rematriculation form.

Beginning of studies
For the Bachelor's studies (Assessment Year) as well as the Master's programmes in Strategy and International Management, Banking and Finance, Organizational Studies and Cultural Theory, you may only enrol in the Fall Semester.
For all other majors and for a guest semester, you can enrol in the Fall Semester and the Spring Semester.

Enrolment deadlines for Bachelor’s and Master’s programmes

  • Fall Semester: 1 February to 30 April
  • Spring Semester: 1 September to 30 November

If you have already been enrolled at the University of St.Gallen in the past and wish to re-enrol, please use the rematriculation form. You can re-enrol during the enrolment periods.
