Why SIM?
SIM is a highly selective and demanding programme that maintains a small class size of high-calibre students from all over the world. Nine reasons for chosing SIM:

Leadership
In addition to providing excellent management skills, SIM helps you understand, develop, and enhance your leadership style through various projects as well as seminars, and individual coaching. You will learn in a collaborative environment that fosters both effective teamwork and individual leadership.
International opportunities
We encourage our students to go abroad for studies and practical experience. In fact, an international internship and an international social project are mandatory parts of the program. Such opportunities truly blend into our concept of international management. In addition, we offer our students exchange opportunities at one of our 150 partner universities worldwide.
Double degree
By participating in our exclusive double degree programme with the Nanyang Business School in Singapore, you can earn the Nanyang MBA along with the SIM Master. You also have an opportunity to do a double degree with HEC Paris, ESADE Barcelona, RSM Rotterdam or FGV-EAESP, Brazil.
Practical experience
As a SIM student, you are encouraged to pursue internships during the semester breaks. SIM also provides opportunities to work with companies for class projects and to organize various social events.
Interdisciplinary approach
The integration of management courses and contextual studies from various disciplines facilitates broader perspectives, complementary skills, and creativity, and thus prepares managers to approach problems holistically.
Social responsibility
All SIM students are required to undertake an international social project. This reflects our commitment to produce not only competent leaders but also responsible global citizens.
Outstanding faculty
SIM faculty members come from a wide range of backgrounds and nationalities, and base their teaching on both practical research and business experiences. With an average class size of 40, our students have the opportunity to personally connect to our expert faculty.
A bright future
SIM graduates are optimally equipped for filling top positions in management, consulting or as entrepreneurs. Employers show their appreciation of the excellent education that the SIM Master offers, with average starting salaries of CHF 99'200.
