A platform to bond outside class

SIM students are very engaged in the programme. This, combined with the strong support from the SIM directorship, faculty and alumni has generated an active SIM Community.

The SIM Community organises various programs and events to deepen relationships among its members and build international networks. In short, the SIM Community is a sphere where you can grow personally, while having a lot of fun.

SIMopoly
At the beginning of the Fall semester, the annual SIMopoly event takes place as part of the course Diversity in Action I. The event aims to prepare new SIM students for their time in St.Gallen and marks the beginning of many new friendships.

SIM Buddy
Foreign students can be matched up with a SIM student who started the program in the previous year, to help them get used to the new learning environment at HSG.

Regulars' Table
A group of SIM students organises a get-together every month with specific cultural themes and activities

SIM Community Event
Once a year, the whole SIM community comes together for an out-of-town adventure, where business meets pleasure.

SIM Practice Events
Corporate sponsors - currently McKinsey & Company and Deloitte - and other reputable practice partners invite students for workshops, company visits and informal get-togethers.
