These instructions aim to provide assistance in searching the catalogue for the first time.

Information on the collection
There are roughly 600,000 books and non-books (DVDs, audiobooks, CDs), 90,000 e-books and nearly 30,000 licensed journals in the HSG Library. The focus of the collection is literature on the Economic, Legal and Social Sciences. The documents are freely accessible in the Library and sorted thematically.

Information on borrowing and ordering
You can get most documents from the HSG Library from the shelves yourself and borrow them. We also offer you alternative delivery options. To be able to borrow documents, you need a user account.

Information on registration
If you do not have a user account with us, you can register online. If you live in Switzerland or Lake Constance euroregion, you are permitted to borrow items.
