Cancellation fees
We charge the following fees for storage, courses and events:
Up to 30 days before start 20%
29-10 days before start 50%
9 days and fewer 100%
For in-house and national tournaments, we require a deposit.

ID check
People participating in sport activities must be able to identify themselves with a student ID at all times.

No smoking in sports
A campaign by Swiss Olympic, the Federal Office for Sports and the Federal Office for Public Health. The St.Gallen Academic Athletics Association supports this campaign.
Smoking cigarettes, marijuana and chewing tobacco are not allowed on the sports field or in sporting venues.
Cool & clean for the spirit of sport

Insurance
Since 1 January 1996, health insurance has been compulsory for all residents of Switzerland. Students at the University of St.Gallen can take out accident insurance voluntarily with AXA Winterthur. However, the insurance policy covers only a portion of costs not covered by mandatory health insurance.

Accident insurance can therefore only be considered as supplemental to health insurance and does not exempt you from purchasing accident insurance as part of your compulsory health insurance policy. The Office of Students' Affairs can provide more information.
