HSGnet User Regulations

By using the University of St.Gallen’s information technology infrastructure, you agree to observe the HSGnet User Regulations listed here.

Pursuant to Art. 22(2) of the the University Statutes of 3 November 1999 (No. 217.15, Consolidated Statutes of the Canton of St.Gallen [sGS]) the Senate Committee hereby issues the HSGNet User Regulations.

These regulations serve to ensure an undisturbed, economical and secure use of the IT infrastructure (HSGnet) provided and maintained by IT Services (Informatikbereich / INfoB) of the University of St. Gallen (HSG).

By working in the HSGnet (use of their personal user-id, respectively login), users accept these regulations and agree to abide by them. This also applies in the case of indirect use of the HSGnet (e.g. access via an Internet Service Provider).
