Quality and the HSG

The quality of HSG services is not only reviewed regularly as a part of internal evaluations, but also as a part of international accreditation and rankings.

One fundamental objective of the University of St.Gallen is to ensure that its achievements are of the highest quality and enjoy international recognition. To achieve this goal, we take comprehensive measures for quality assurance and development. We also perform regular evaluations and implement improvement measures. Independent accreditation experts regularly assess our university according to the highest international quality standards.

International accreditation
The attainment of the EQUIS (since 2001) and AACSB (since 2003) accreditations has made the University of St.Gallen the first university from a German-speaking country to receive the two most prestigious international seals of quality for business schools.

Quality at all levels
Quality development covers the areas of teaching, research, executive education and administration. The students participate actively in quality development on all levels and perform their own evaluations.
