Our coaching offers support to overcome individual challenges on the career path.

In major academic projects such as doctoral studies or habilitation you can get into situations that make further efficient, targeted work difficult. You get too bogged down in details, your motivation declines in the face of the project’s magnitude or changes to personal and family life make you question your original objective.

Invitation
We are offering coaching for young female researchers who would like to eradicate a difficult or unclear situation. We offer an initial discussion (30 min) free of charge. Further coaching sessions are then paid for at reasonable cost by the young researchers themselves.

Target group
Female doctoral and postdoctoral researchers, candidates for a habilitation at the University of St.Gallen. 

Method Coaching
Support in difficult situations which broadens your own ability to act decisively; help towards self-reflection; an awareness of where you stand at present, from which further concrete steps result.

Cost
The first talk is free of charge (financed by the Swiss Federal Programme for Equal Chances). Additional sessions cost 90 CHF.
