Internationalisation

With students from more than 80 nations, we are a highly international institution. We will continue down this path well in the future, while maintaining our regional focus at the same time.

We unite students from 80 nations under our roof. About half of our teaching staff are not from Switzerland.

Consistent internationalisation
We are continuing down this path of internationalisation by creating English-language courses and by addressing prospective international students. We focus on cooperation with international networks whilst expanding the HSG representations in our target regions. Our students can choose from a portfolio of more than 150 partner universities.

Skills for the international labour market
We are interested in culturally-relevant, global topics and seek to become an place of study and research sought out worldwide as well point of convergence for networking. Our students are expected to acquire international skills that increase their competitiveness in the global labour market.

Regionally anchored
We tap into our international network where possible and in a way that benefits the region as well – only when we are firmly-rooted in our own region can we travel our path in an internationally-minded manner.
