Promoting personal development
We assist our students during all stages of their studies by offering voluntary assistance programmes.

Coaching programme
We offer intensive, personal support to students in the Assessment Level through our voluntary coaching programme. In particular, the coaching programme fosters social competence and personal responsibility, leadership skills and the capacity for self-reflection.
Mentoring programme
An experienced person (mentor) helps a younger person (mentee) develop and expand his or her work competencies. Mentoring represents the relationship between two people who maintain regular contact and exchange ideas over an extended period of time, not only in the business context but on a personal level as well.
netz+
With its “netz+ - HSG Women” programme, the University of St.Gallen actively supports women to gain career-relevant knowledge and establish professional networks at an early stage. netz+ offers information and support to women pursuing a career in the sciences or business. These support services include everything from admission to the University, to the acceptance of a professorship, all the way to one’s start in the business world. To this end, we are pursuing our vision of becoming one of the leading élite schools for top female managers and academics.
