HSG Asia Term in Singapore

Study abroad during your fifth semester in Singapore and receive credit for your required courses for the HSG’s Bachelor degree course.

General Information 
The HSG Asia Term is an exchange programme between the University of St.Gallen and the Singapore Management University (SMU) in Singapore. It provides a unique opportunity to spend the fifth semester of your Bachelor degree course abroad in Singapore. 

Participation
The majority of the course programme is designed for the 5th semester of the Business Administration degree course. However, students majoring in Economics, International Relations and Law with Business may also take part in this programme. 

Enrolement 
The HSG Asia Term takes place every year from August to early December. Enrolment conditions are the same as for an exchange semester at a partner university.

The course "Management in Europe” 
In exchange, 25 SMU students visit the HSG in April/May and take the course "Management in Europe”, 4,186,1.00. As an HSG student, you may also take part in this course by using the normal bidding process. As excursions are a central part of this programme, a participation fee is collected for this course.
