This exchange programme is for Master students from partner universities of the University of St.Gallen.

Application
If you are a Master student from a partner university, please apply for an HSG exchange at the exchange office of your home university. Preliminary registration is handled by your home university with an electronic nomination process.

Nomination deadlines for home university
Fall Semester: 15 April
Spring Semester: 15 August

After electronic nomination by your home university, you will receive a password and information for definitive enrolment.

Deadline for enrolment of visiting students
Fall Semester: 15 May
Spring Semester: 1 October

This enrolment is also completed electronically. The printed and signed enrolment confirmation form must be sent to the International Exchange Service.
