This exchange programme is for doctoral students enrolled at a partner university of the University of St.Gallen.

Application
As a Ph.D. student of a partner university, you must apply for an exchange stay at the University of St.Gallen at the exchange office of your home university. The preliminary registration is performed by the home university using an electronic nomination process.

Please submit a CV, a letter of intent, a summary of your dissertation project and - if possible - academic advisors at the University of St.Gallen.

Nomination deadlines for home university
Fall semester: 15 April
Spring semester: 15 August

After nomination by your home university you will receive the information for electronic enrolment. The printed and signed enrolment confirmation form must be sent to the International Exchange.

Enrolment deadline for exchange students
Fall semester: 15 May
Spring semester: 1 October

Registration may only be completed after these deadlines in exceptional cases.
