Housing

The HSG Housing Office offers visiting students assistance in finding housing.

We are happy to help you find housing and handle administrative issues, handing over and maintenance of your housing.

Enrolment:
After you have filled out the online enrolment form for the exchange term in St.Gallen, you can log in to the service portal with your password. Fill out the application for housing under the menu item “New at the HSG" – “Housing application”. Mail the printed and signed enrolment confirmation to the Housing Office, including the transfer receipt for the non-refundable enrolment fee of CHF 250.

Fall Semester: 15 May
Spring Semester: 1 October

Searching for accommodation on your own
If you do not wish to take advantage of the HSG Housing Office, you are free to seek accommodation yourself. Please note, however, that most rental flats in Switzerland are not furnished. In addition, the University of St.Gallen cannot assist you when negotiating with landlords if you look for a flat independently.
