Participation in the research group for the revision and development of the Swiss Code of Obligations. Elaboration of the draft in the field of non-fulfillment of the obligation.

Co-author of a textbook on contracts in the litera-B series of the Schulthess Verlag.

Commentary on the Swiss Federal Act on Private International Law, ed. by Prof. Daniel Girsberger, 3rd ed.
This is the all new 3rd edition of one of the leading commentaries on Swiss Private International Law. Prof. Müller-Chen is in charge of the law of persons (Art. 33-42) and property law (Art. 97-108).
