Florent Thouvenin is an assistant professor for intellectual property and information law, co-director of the research center for Information Law (FIR-HSG) and is involved in the profile sector „Companies – Law, Innovation and Risk“.

Research Areas

Florent Thouvenin is currently working on his habilitation treatise which focuses on the intersection between contract and corporate law. He is further engaged in the following legal research areas:

  • Intellectual Property Law (Patent Law, Copyright Law, Design Law, Trademark Law)
  • Competition Law (Antitrust and Unfair Competition Law)
  • Information Law
  • Contract Law (General Regulations OR AT)
