Project preparation allowance

The University of St.Gallen will give you a travelling expenses allowance for meetings whose purpose is to prepare FP7 EU projects.

The allowance applies to meetings at HSG as well as to meetings that HSG members travel to. Costs up to a maximum of EUR 1,000 per project application (or the relevant amount in CHF) will be reimbursed.

Items reimbursable per meeting for trips by HSG members 

• Accommodation costs for a maximum of 2 nights 
• Return travel costs for trips in Europe 
• Travel costs for a second person reimbursable for justifiable reasons

Reimbursable items for meetings in St.Gallen 

• Meals 
• Accommodation for partners taking part 
• Travelling costs for partners taking part
